Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 3-10 business days after the order is processed, unless otherwise noted. Orders are not shipped on Holidays. Oladinma is not responsible for orders confirmed as delivered but not received, lost or stolen packages, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.  It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. Tracking information is automatically emailed to the customer once shipped. Please contact the carrier to file a claim for the missing shipment if your tracking number shows that your package was delivered and it's not in your mailbox/front door.
